Office Manager
I started working in the dental field in 2004 and have been with our office since 2007. I have enjoyed watching the practice grow and change over the years and have had the privilege to work with many wonderful people. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking, reading, and love quality time with my friends, family and dogs.
MISSY
Public Relations Coordinator
I was born and raised in Ohio and currently reside in Xenia. I am married and together we have 4 children and 4 grandsons. I have been in the dental field for the last 16 years and enjoy working with our patients and our referring offices. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and watching our two youngest boys play basketball and baseball.
BLANCA
Clinical Lead
Although I was born and raised in California, being a military spouse provided the opportunity to live in various regions and we are happy to now call Ohio home. I enjoy exploring and spending time with my husband and three children. I began working as a dental assistant in 2000 and have had the pleasure of gaining a wide range of experience from multiple areas in dentistry. I’m excited and privileged to contribute to providing the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction! I have been with the office for over 8 years and am DAANCE certified.
KENNEDY
Financial Coordinator
I was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. I have worked in the dental field since 2015 and have a wide variety of experience. I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends.
JENNIFER
Surgical Assistant
I am a surgical assistant with 26 years of experience in the dental field. I am certified in Dental Radiology and DAANCE through AAOMS. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends and any outdoor activities.
DESTINA
Surgical Assistant
I formerly worked in general dentistry before coming on as a surgical assistant for the office. I am a mom to one child and am currently raising him and four dogs with my husband in the Dayton area. I have been with the office for four years and am DAANCE certified.
CHRISSY
Surgical Assistant
I am a surgical assistant with 13 years of experience in the dental field. I am certified in dental radiography and DAANCE through AAOMS. I have been with the office since 2020. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family.
ALISHA
Scheduler
I have 20+ years’ experience in a medical front office setting. I was born and raised in Ohio, but being a military spouse gave me the opportunity to travel and see other places. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children at their sporting events and 4-H activities. I look forward to interacting with you and making your scheduling experience smooth and informative.

Implant Coordinator
I have been in the dental field since 2015 specializing in oral surgery. I am DAANCE, nitrous, BLS/ACLS certified. In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world with my spouse and hiking/camping the various national state parks throughout the US.

Surgical Assistant
I am originally from Pennsylvania, but moved to Ohio at a very young age and have been living in the Dayton area ever since. For as long as I can remember I wanted to work in dental. Right after I graduated high school in 2021 I attended Sinclair’s Dental Assisting program. Since graduating from Sinclair, I have been working at Dr. Cudney and Dr. Ingoldsby’s office and I could not ask for a better team to work with! In my free time I enjoy painting as well as spending time with my family, dog, and friends. I am currently working on my DAANCE certification and am looking forward to my growing career in dental!

Surgical Assistant
I have been with the practice for nearly a year now after a career change. I love expanding my knowledge about dental and healthcare. I also love being able to help provide patients with the best care possible with the best team. In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors and new places with my family and dogs.

Front Office/Financial
My dental journey began back in 2018 where I worked front office in general dentistry for 5 years. I have enjoyed transitioning into oral surgery over the last year and love learning something new every day! I enjoy spending time with my wonderful fiancé and our four children who keep us very busy when I am not at work!

I have worked in the dental field for over 10 years in both the clinical and administrative end. I love the opportunities I’ve been given and people I’ve met in the dental field. When not at work you will find me spending time with my husband and children!

While I originally worked in general dentistry, I have enjoyed gaining new knowledge and experience in oral surgery. I’m excited to continue my work at this office and expand my knowledge even further.
